  • Delivery will only be made to the consignee or an authorized representative.

  • Shipments are not covered under insurance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any taxes, duties, or levies are payable by the consignee. If refused, the shipper will bear these costs.

  • Pririt Logistics reserves the right of lien on shipments for unpaid dues and may recover such dues by selling the goods.

  • Required documents (e.g., invoices, tax forms, permits) must be provided by the consignor for timely delivery.

  • Pririt Logistics is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events (force majeure), such as natural disasters, accidents, riots, or regulatory actions.

  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of shipment acceptance.

  • Limitation of Liability: Compensation is limited to ₹100 per shipment or actual reconstruction cost, whichever is lower.

  • All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

  • Prohibited items include jewelry, currency, liquids, electronics, chemicals, explosives, alcohol, art, fragile or antique items, and any item restricted by law or IATA
